Address whether and why you may or may not be suited for these conditions below?

Currently I am working on my degree to pursue a career in Healthcare Management. My goal is to be able to oversee healthcare institutions and do my part to take care of others through the management route. For Time and Motion, I think this will effect my job will be about $7/10.$ My time management matters significantly, but I will not always have to make every single one of my movements count. For Emotional Labor, I believe the effect on my job will be about $5/10.$ I believe this because most of my work will take place within my own business, with situations causing me to need to interact with outside factors on a slightly more occasional level, while most of my time is spent overseeing staff.
