Administrators have collected data (n=500) from a randomly selected high school in the state to investigate the impact of taking additional science courses on ACT score. Currently students are required to take only 2 science courses for graduation; however, it appears that students who take additional science courses score higher on the ACT. A regression has been conducted to determine the impact of the number of science course on ACT, controlling for GPA as well.
