Advise parties using irac method

While attending a musical event Intense ran into Alkaline. During the discussion Alkaline told Intense that he was looking for a sturdy yet attractive vehicle to buy. Intense told Alkaline that he had a 2020 Toyota Crown for sale for $15M. After viewing the vehicle, the next day at Intense's home, Alkaline left and wrote to Intense stating that he would give him $12M for the car. Upon receipt of the letter, Intense call Alkaline and advised him that the amount of $12M was too low. Alkaline said that he would pay $13.5M and would visit Intense's home later that day to pay for the car. Valiant, who heard about Intense's offer for sale of the Toyota Crown, visited Intense shortly after the discussion between Alkaline and himself. Valiant inspected the vehicle, gave Intense a cheque of $15M, and drove off in the vehicle. Alkaline has now threatened to sue Intense. Advise the parties. 5:37PM//
