The clan quadrant encompasses several aspects such as collaboration, team cohesion, and personal relationships within the work place. I believe that creating a supportive, and family-like atmosphere in which each individual feels valued is a core part of the leadership style that I would adopt. Overall, I believe that a strong, engaged team contributes toward a higher morale and ultimately better performance among team members, as people are more likely to thrive in environments that prioritize their well-being and development. However, to become a high-performing leader in an organization using the clan quadrant, I would first develop my overall skills using the market quadrant. While I do think that I can effectively foster a collaborative environment, I could benefit from spending more time focusing on more external competition, and achieving specific performance goals, while driving results in a fast-paced, results-driven setting. I also believe that enhancing my leadership abilities in the adhocracy quadrant, as it would help to enhance innovation and adaptability, which prove to be increasingly important in today's criminal justice system, which proves to always be changing
