After completing the project, our group was able to accomplish the following objectives. Firstly, we gained a thorough understanding and conducted a detailed analysis of Vinamilk company's complex ERP system. Secondly, we conducted a comprehensive survey and analysis of Vinamilk's ERP fulfillment process and created a detailed BPMN model of Vinamilk's fulfillment process, mapping out its various stages and workflows. Then, we compared and evaluated Vinamilk's fulfillment process with that of GBI, analyzed key metrics and parameters to derive actionable insights and recommendations. However, we encountered some difficulties during the project. We had difficulty in identifying and accessing relevant data or information due to a lack of standardization or documentation within Vinamilk's fulfillment processes. Moreover, there is the presence of outdated or inaccurate information that did not reflect the current situation. Lastly, quality concerns that could not be assured and we only chose peer$-$reviewed journal articles and books. However, we tried to synthesize from the available literature to complete the survey process of Vinamilk's procurement process. Although there may be some gaps, we believe this proposed procurement process is the closest to the official version.
