You are asked to construct a detailed report evaluating the Hospital A's post patient discharge medical chart processing procedures. Your written evaluation should include a general discussion of Hospital A's individual performance for each metric in comparison to other hospitals, the corporate average and best practice standards for each metric should be included as well. Include your recommendations for improving the enterprise's performance.
