The aim of the training facilities project is to ensure that we offer our sub-contractors tailored training in all aspects of customer service to ensure that every passenger receives the 'Koala Experience' whether dealing with contracted staff or our own employees.

I want to put you in charge of the risk management processes for the implementation of this project, including developing the risk management scope for this project.

The major milestones of the project have been identified during a pre-planning session as follows:

• Office refit - refitting the office to make space for the training facilities
• Training room setup - the procurement, installation and configuration of computer systems to deliver and support the training
• Training session development - development of generic training sessions which can be varied to meet the needs of our sub-contractors
• Staff hiring and training - employment of two new trainers to handle expected business for in-house training sessions, and the training of these employees.
