After learning about student-focused and system-focused interventions, my focus will be on the Person support centered "student focused". System fussed intervention (mezzo, Macro level) very important for them to create student support; however, student focus is very important. We have found out the root cause of the child situation to create support Intervention assessment. A social worker needs to understand the child micro system level. A social worker needs to focus on the student's biopsychosocial history and family function. Focusing on micro levels will specifically be designed on the person-centered intervention whether the child is experiencing poor academic performance, metal health, poverty, family issues or other dysfunctional family dynamics. So micro focused intervention is vital to better support a child that experience in school settings. This will create opportunity for the child like Personalized Learning Plans: Customizing curriculum and instructional methods to meet the individual needs of students, Tutoring and Mentoring: Providing additional support through one-on-one or small group interactions, Behavioral Interventions: Addressing specific behavioral issues through targeted strategies, and Assistive Technology: Using tools and technologies to assist students with disabilities(speech therapy, behavioral support plan, or physical therapy) focused on the child needs.
