After reading Chapter 2 in the text and the assigned supplementary articles, select one insight that you gained from either the chapter or an article and do the following:

1. Describe what it was that you found insightful, where you found it (Author, year , and page number) and why you found it interesting. Justification could include experiences you have had in the workplace or in other organizations when you have seen these ideas, theories or concepts applied in your life or in the lives of others.

2. Make a connection between the insight you found in your first source and at least one other assigned reading (i.e. another article or Ch2). State whether this connection either: a. Supports the insight you gained b. Expands the insight you gained, or c. Contrasts or provides an alternative view to the insight.

3. As an alternative to number two, you may also choose to take a meta-analytic approach to these readings and synthesize them, stating any common themes you see across ALL 5 sources.

4. As always, be sure to read your classmates postings and reply to at least one of them. This response needs to be rigorous and insightful. This insight can come as additional support for their statement, an expansion on their thoughts or perhaps a constructive criticism or debate of their logic.

5. Remember to use appropriate APA citations for both your response to the post and replies to your classmates. I look forward to seeing what you come up with,
