Reflect on one leader in your professional career who, in your opinion, is providing authentic and transformational leadership within the profession or within your institution? Why did you choose this person? Explain why you believe this person is an authentic and transformational leader. Submit a 2-3 page paper answering the three questions. A minimum of three current (no more than 5 years old), peer-reviewed professional references to support your thoughts is required.
