Please provide the details for the problem you needed to solve, what research plan you developed (even if you didn't do this in a formal way), how you collected information and from what sources, how you analyzed the data you found and how you presented it (did you have to present this data to your partner or a colleague, for instance?) and finally, explain the marketing actions you took as a result of all this work.
