After reading the information regarding the dissertation process, I know it will be a long process that I am excited about. Although I know which topic I want to research, I am getting a better understanding of what it will take to accomplish this milestone. The most exciting part for me is the anticipated research that will go into finding out more about addressing ethics in the accounting field. To this point, I have learned what it entails and examples of unethical behavior and its impact on organizations and stakeholders. However, I need help finding enough information regarding what processes should be changed to irradicate it$,$ such as education training and everything in between. The process may seem overwhelming, but not overwhelming enough to turn away. Ethics is an important issue to address because of the damage that can be done simply by ignoring it or just investigating one area. I want to push the limits to offer substantive information and solutions to this devastating problem. Discuss further.
