After reading this article, I realize that an ethical challenge might be the role conflict of being involved with members of the Lehigh County Corrections Department in regard to interviewing individuals as I plan on doing action research for my project. One of the ways I can address this challenge is to interview other members of the corrections department that I don't know or collaborate with like some of the case managers, corrections officers, medical workers, etc. A question I have for this discussion is: "What are some strategies to reduce secondary traumatic stress and emotional burnout while completing the research for the capstone project and working a full-time job
