Drama can occur by simply not communicating properly, and also you can lose workers as well. From personal experience, I try my best to communicate with my workers who are under me so that they will know that I care about how they feel and also that if I see something that I like or don't like I try to talk to them about it so that they will know they are doing a good job or that they need to do better.
