After the project scope is defined, a project manager will have better understanding and greater clarity about the project, project deliverables and milestones. It is essential that the total scope of the project is decomposed into smaller and manageable components. In this activity, you will: Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Prepare a 3- to 5-page document that depicts your WBS. You may present it using indented outline format, org chat or Gantt chart format. It should include: Project at the highest level Major deliverables and activities Milestones and Deliverable Materials Ensure that your WBS aligns with the project charter and builds upon the Project Charter. Prepare a visual that graphically depicts your WBS. This can be a Gantt chart or other format. You may use a tool of your choice or MS Project that is available from the Harrisburg University. Note that you will be using the same tool to build your dynamic project schedule. Ensure that the output is Excel or mpp (for MS Project) file that can be suitable for grading the assignment.
