After watching "A Class Divided" how do you see culture related to race and racism impact our youngest generations? As an anthropologist, how would you explain to a layperson why racial categories are a social construction?

While racial categorization is subjective in nature, we do know that humans come from a wide variety of ethnic cultures which are historically responsive to geography, the environment, language, history, war and peace, oppression, socio-economics...and the list goes on through dozens of social and demographic categories.. As an anthropologist, choose an ethnic group other than your own and attempt to explain (without bias or ethnocentrism) how the group's rites and rituals (any really), ideas and values would make sense to that particular group?
