Agency law can be more complex when it comes to the legal issues of appointment of agents, duties and responsibilities of agents and principal; and termination of agency. Premised on the facts that agency is recognised in all modern legal systems as an indispensable part of the existing social order, it is essential to have a very clear picture of the whole law of agency in contract law. Your task is to draw a mind map that will explain and simplify the above. The mind map should contain main keywords, relevant legal provisions and case-law. The case law must be current and not restricted to those cases mentioned in the handouts. The summarization of the current case law (at least five (3) current case-law referring to any of the above issues) must be attached to the mind map.
