Agile Transformation Plan

This is the final assignment for the course. If you start agile in your organization you'll inevitably be asked to create an agile transformation plan. This is a roadmap from the current state of the organization to a future where it is more agile.

For this assignment you're going to create a $1000-$word Agile Transformation Plan. The form and format of this plan is secondary to its content. You can even use a template that you have at your organization. However, there is a template available that you may use to create your responses to the specific components of the plan.

This plan should be the culmination of your understanding of agile, ability to communicate the agile values and principles, and how these can be applied to make real organizational change.

Through each response, I will evaluate the plan by asking:

Were you able to present agile clearly and accurately?

Did you realistically outline the challenges with making the change?

Did your recommendations reflect the agile mindset?
