You have been hired as a consultant by two bakers who want to open a retail bakery store specializing in genuine homemade baked goods, such as cakes, pies, cupcakes, and cookies, that are produced primarily using locally sourced fresh ingredients. They have asked you to advise them on the types of information systems that would be most important for a small retail bakery with $2$ bakers, $1$ full$-$time employee and $3$ part$-$time employees. They have a budget of $$7000$ to spend on information systems hardware, software, and implementation. They would also like to know which information system should be installed first.

Using Microsoft$$s CoPilot, Google$$s Gemini, or ChatGPT, develop a series of prompts to help you answer their questions. Save a copy of your prompts and the output of the chat session. Use at least two prompts.$$

Submit a word document $(4-6$ pages$)$ with Prompts used and chat outputs from AI tool $($ChatGPT or Google Gemini etc.$)$ and your recommendation to the Bakers.

Hint:$$ you can use one prompt for finding the system and other prompt for budget.
