This creates an undue burden on the 20% of workers, which ultimately leads to a faster burnout. I feel as if this a supervisors way of, "Taking the easy route" because they know the core group of employees that they can trust to complete a task, and get it done correctly the first time. It is the supervisor's responsibility to delegate tasks equally, and encourage underperforming employees
