A)leadership relates to the ability to guide others. It is most likely one of the most significant components of existence. Most significantly, leadership has aided in the advancement of human civilisation. No organization or group can survive without effective leadership. Give an example of your leadership skills in which you have successfully persuaded people, helped settle conflicts, or supported group efforts over time.The ability to lead others is the first definition of leadership. It's probably one of life's most crucial components. Most importantly, leadership has accelerated the development of human civilisation. Describe a leadership experience in which you had a beneficial impact on others, assisted in resolving conflicts, or made a sustained contribution to group activities. Without good leadership, no organization or group can prosper.Since I can use both my hands and head to understand something much more quickly than someone else would, I think this makes me more innovative than others. This also aids in my ability to use time very effectively when I want to, as I am able to learn something, demonstrate it, and practice it repeatedly many times in the same amount of time it takes for someone else to even grasp the concept. I have proven this throughout time by being organized, earning good grades, and maintaining a daily schedule of activity.As a child, I never had somebody to help me with my schoolwork or someone to ask questions to about anything, thus having to be autonomous was certainly a hindrance to my education. Unfortunately, even though I had both of my parents, their jobs forced them to travel for up to two weeks at a time. As a result, even when they wanted to spend time with me, they were too busy or worn out to do so.

B)Leadership experience comes from any position of power you held in your personal or professional life, not just from being a supervisor or director. Many positions give you this important experience, such as the commander of a sports group or the head of a gathering project. There are different types of leadership concepts in the form of style of leadership , a person who leads the team has to follow among these concepts only. If i talk about myself then i used to follow a mixture of democratic and autocratic leadershio style. I react according to the situation. When any productive things used to happen in my team then at that point of time i used to follow democratic leadership style in which each and every subordinate in the team are given chance to put up there suggestion and with team discussions we finalise the whole startegy which has to be implemented. This helps in building up the motivation of the employees as well. When i found that people are taking things for granted at that point of time i used to follow autocratic leadershiop style in which i used to be strict with certain rules and regulation and used to take decision on the understanding of myself only in order to nuetralise the situation.
