Alexis completed the purchase of Yew Tree Retreat from Roland. When she entered the Property for the first time after the completion of the purchase she was surprised to discover that a large converted barn on the property had been entirely emptied. When she had looked around the property the building had been converted into a yoga room and spa. The floor had been covered with a large rubber mat, custom cut to size and placed across the whole floor and specialist lights had been recessed into the ceiling throughout which allowed for the colour and brightness to be changed. On the ceiling of the main room there had been a large metal rigging structure attached using specialist bolts which had been used for aerial yoga hammocks. In a smaller side room there had been a freestanding wooden sauna had been installed. The sauna was attached directly to the mains electricity and plumbing and took up nearly half of the room. The room had been clad in wood and had a heated tiled floor throughout to match the sauna. There was no mention of any of these items in either the contract or any correspondence between Alexis and Roland, or their legal representatives. Since moving in, Alexis has employed Eric, a gardener, to replant the border around the garden. While digging Eric came across a large gold looking coin, dated 1470. Eric originally thought nothing of this and kept the coin, however a few weeks later while digging at the other end of the garden about 100m away, Eric found another 6 silver looking coins. He mentioned to Alexis that he had found these and knew a collector who wanted to buy them for £5,000 which he would split with Alexis. Alexis is upset as she believes she is entitled to all of the money. Last weekend, Alexis went to introduce herself to her a neighbouring farmer, Roland. While approaching the farmhouse down she noticed an expensive Hublot watch resting on the farm track leading to the farmhouse. Alexis picked up the watch and enquired with Roland as to whether it was his. Roland had never seen the watch before but said that as the farm track was on his land, he should be entitled to keep it. Alexis refused and has since handed the items into the local police station and posted on several local Facebook groups looking for the owner.
