What is a social media algorithm?

Task:

The social media algorithms described the algorithm's purpose and operation. But, first, cite experiences, if possible, specific examples of social media algorithms at work.

Then evaluate the function for each algorithm:

-How explicitly, in your view, does the algorithm benefit or improve the customer experience?

-How, in your view, does the algorithm represent or support the marketing strategy of the e-commerce or social media firm?

-What would you say is a drawback or caution in using either of your chosen algorithms?

- What change or improvement would you like to see?
