Ali has a Sony A$7$RIV camera which he wants to sell. On $1$ January $2024,$ he put an advertisement in the Facebook Marketplace. The price quoted there was RM$10,000.$ In that advertisement, he claimed that the shuttle count is $10,000.$ He also claimed that he did not register the warranty with Sony and the camera is a year old. Ella saw the advertisement and went to Ali's house with a cheque for RM$10,000.$ Ali refused to accept the cheque and Ella stated that she would sue Ali for breach of contract. The next day Fam inspected the camera and later wrote to Ali enclosing a cheque for RM$10,000$ and saying he should assume the camera was his unless he heard to the contrary. Ali did not respond to Fam's letter. Gurmit also inspected the camera and offered RM$9,000$ which Ali rejected. Ali told him that the camera is for RM$10,000.$ Gurmit told Ali that he needs three days to decide. Ali agreed not to sell the camera to anyone for the next three days. A day later, Harry contacted Ali and went to Ali's house. He inspected the camera and was impressed by it$.$ He decided to buy the camera because of the low shuttle count and is a year old. He offered RM$10,000$ in cash. Ali accepted the money and allowed Harry to take the camera. On the same day, the moment Gurmit received a Whatsapp message from Ali stating that he has already sold the camera to some else, Gurmit went to Ali's house informing him that he is accepting Ali's offer for the camera. After a month Harry had bought the camera, he decided to use it during his trip to Cambodia. The camera was not functioning properly. Once he was back from his trip, he immediately went to the Sony Service Centre to check his camera. He was told that the camera has been extensively used and the shuttle count is $200,000.$ He was told that the camera is at least $2$ years old.Discuss whether Ella, Fam, Gurmit and Harry could bring any action against Ali.
