Whether it$$s a small local company, an online business or a larger scale company with multiple employees, I want you to discuss your business strategy and execution from the inception of your company to the execution of it after everything you learned in Business Law. I want you to incorporate all relevant topics we discussed throughout the semester. You can cite the textbook, my lectures, guest speakers, interview someone, use news article, current policies, etc. to get insight into starting and executing your business.

I want you to discuss your organizational form and why you chose that form over the others. I also want you to discuss risks that you foresee and how you plan to mitigate those risks. Think about every chapter we learned and how that plays into the success and profitability of a company as well as the risk mitigation that is needed.
