For the past week or two, I have been going over this problem on how to go about coding this in "Visual Basic >> Visual Studio 2015 >> Visual Basic >> Windows Forms." I had read online countless times, intrsictional videos, books. But I am still not understaning on how to code it, to rephrase one again. If anyone could help me code this in "Visual Basic >> Visual Studio 2015 >> Visual Basic >> Windows Forms." I woul be gratefull, for I have tried to myself.
