All specified law enforcement assets at U$.$S$.$ Customs and Border Protection $($CBP$)$ must have accountability and life$-$cycle data recorded in the Firearms, Armor, and Credentials Tracking System $($FACTS$),$ including acquisition, issuance, repair, transfer, loss $($if applicable$),$ and destruction. Prior to the separation of an employee from CBP$,$ all assigned assets in FACTS must be turned in to the coordinator and the action must be recorded in FACTS.
