Seven studies were conducted in the United States of America/Southern, Northern and eastern (1 in the United States, 1 in Southern California, 1 in Hawaii, 1 in Columbia, 1 in Midland, 1 in Washington and 1 in Brazil). Nine studies were conducted in Europe (2 in Germany, 2 in Finland and one each in Switzerland, London, Netherlands, Sweden and Poland).
