Determination of discounts for customers As an appointment setter, I want to make sure that the customers receive the appropriate discounts so that customers are not overcharged. \#2 Testing plan. - Unit testing: Students should be considering every possible part of this system (scheduling, invoicing, reporting) and create some sample test plans for each. If students feel as though the service department is already up and running, argument could be made for any changeover strategy except for direct. Parallel strategy would be the safest option.
