The two things I have learned from our teaming experience this semester is the importance of team collaboration and adaptability. Team collaboration is an important factor of an effective team. Working with this team has taught me that having clear and open communication is a crucial factor in executing our tasks that needs to be completed. Another lesson learned is the value of adaptability in facing challenges and obstacles that may have surfaced throughout our semester. The lessons learned from by teaming experience will help me become a better managerial leader by enhancing my ability to communicate more effectively, adapt to changing situations and to solve problems efficiently.
