An ecommerce company is opening a new fulfillment center. How would you consider stocking this new supply chain in terms of inventory. Five areas need to be taken into consideration:

1. Sales: Look at top selling SKUs as well as those that are sold the fastest in the past.
2. Economics: highest profit, lowest cost
3. Customers: SKUs that are good brand names (AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane, Perigold), brands that customers tend to walk past.
4. Forecast: SKUs that have good forecast accuracy, sell consistently across the year.
5. Logistics: inventory out of stock, smaller items that can be plugged into the 3PL network easily. SKUs from reliable suppliers.
