An engineer must perform an analysis to determine how much money is needed to cover the expenses of nine different projects. The distance of wires, full length of the beams, and personnel & equipment must be calculated for. There are three circuit projects that are shown in the figure below. All three circuits have a current of 7.1481 mA and their resistor values are shown in Table 1. Table 2 shows the length of wire required depending upon the circuits calculated voltage. The price of the wire is $2.79 per foot. Three beams have been selected across another three projects. An H-beam holds 3.45 tons, I-beam holds 3.16 tons, and the hollow-box beam holds 3.56 tons for their specific application. All beams have a thickness of 54 mm, base of 24.6 cm, height of 41.6 cm, deflection of 2.3 mm, and using a certain steel type with a modulus of 32.66 x 106 psi and density of 7850 g/m3 . Table 2 shows the full length of the beam in respect to the calculated span length and the price per linear foot of steel is $299.45. Lastly, there are three projects with different personnel and equipment requirements. All three of the projects require 185 tasks to be completed by the personnel and 279 tasks completed by the equipment. One task takes one personnel 25 minutes to complete and one piece of equipment takes 15 minutes to complete one task. Table 3 shows the different personnel and equipment breakdown for each project and Table 4 shows the hourly rate depending upon the time it takes the project to be completed. MUST SHOW ENGINEERING METHOD BELOW. What is your calculated answer most closely to?

a. $45,491.56

b. $65,489.22

c. $25,921.67

d. $85,610.24
