An Engineer was working as a quality engineer in a chemical factory premise in Bahrain. His job description involves testing the quality of highly inflammable and toxic chemical manufactured in the plant and approving its use as a raw material for another Engineering company. While working in the company the engineer approved the usage of chemical to be used as a raw material in the Engineering company eventhough evaluation and analysis datas suggested that the chemicals were manufactured were not in the allowable standards advised. The Engineering company used the chemicals from the plant for over 4 years without knowing the adverse long term effects of the chemical. After 4 years as per their policy they conducted and evaluation analysis of raw materials used in their products, It was found out that the chemicals were well outside allowable limits. The Engineering company filed a case after 4 years against chemical plant management and the quality engineer who approved the use. Evaluate the circumstances and determine who would win the case and justify with appropriate Bahrain laws(10 marks)
