Analysis of Data and Pareto Chart Objective: This exercise will provide students with an opportunity to create a Pareto diagram from raw data and analyze results. Background Information: The data below was obtained from satisfaction surveys distributed to patients who had undergone a procedure in the ambulatory care center. The complaints are sorted into seven different categories. In the second column is the number of times a patient complained about this a particular aspect of their health care experience. Data was gathered over a 12-month period. Learning Objectives / Instructions: 1. Calculate all three columns, keeping the last column at 1-decimal place (e.g. 31.4%) 2.
