Analyze and explain how reframing and metaphors have changed your perspective on organizations, if at all. Why or why not? Explain how sensemaking has added to your skills as a manager and how you plan to use it in your daily work? Explain in what way reframing, sensemaking, and/or metaphors can assist in improving national and global business relations. For example, would there be any situation across cultures or national regions that a metaphor might better explain the understanding for the parties involved? Provide an example for each (national and global) by using one of the frames and/or metaphors. Explain how the exposure to the new models and techniques this term has helped you grow and develop as a manager, researcher, and leader of social change.
