Analyze Budget

This python program will ask for a budget amount in dollars for the month. All expenditures are to be entered and then let the user know if they are over or under budget.

Requirements:

1. Ask the user for the budget in dollars

2. Use a loop to gather expenses.

3. Use a 0 to end the loop (i.e zero dollars)

4. Must pass the test cases below. Points will be deducted if input deviates to where I have to figure out how to run the program.

5. Output should be similar to test cases. Output should be clean and easy to read.
