Hi Tom,

I wanted to let you know that I didn$$t understand what you were talking about at our meeting. You were confusing. Also, can we touch base on the project outline that we kind of sketched out last week. I really think that our delivery date is definitely a challenge considering the fact that we our down in resources. I think that we could be in trouble hear, and it could take much longer than what is being expected.

For instance, if we can$$t get our part done on time, we risk holding up other departments. Our piece is a dependency. There waiting on us$.$ If the time line is not realistic, we need to determine that now. I gave our outline to Sara to look over, and she wanted to make sure you knew about the department$$s vacation schedule. We'll be creating an outline version so that everyone can see who$$s around.
