Considering that an organization is defined as two or more people working together toward a common goal, think of an organization with which you are familiar or involved $($e$.$g$.,$ campus club, employer, church group$).$ Select one of these organizations with which you have a personal connection as the basis of this paper in which you will analyze its effectiveness in handling a problem or issue it faced.
