About Us:

XS11 Aerospace Engineering is dedicated to providing the safest, most cost-efficient design and manufacturing services to our clients in the aerospace industry. We are passionate about safety, quality, and anticipating the unknown as we create custom parts for vehicles designed for space flights and missions.

XS11 consist of two main divisions: engineering and manufacturing. An administrative department provides additional support services.

Engineering Division:

The Engineering Division consists of 20 engineers, draftsmen, and technicians. The engineers are responsible for translating customer requirements into specifications and subsequently designing an ideal solution. The draftsmen take the designs and translate them into working manufacturing prints. Those prints are then given to a team of technicians who build and test prototype components prior to their release to the manufacturing division for mass and short-run production.

Our technicians are unique within the industry because they provide not only working knowledge of the mechanics of the project, but also a unique insight into quality control and assurance necessary to the space industry.

Manufacturing Division:

The Manufacturing Division consists of 50 assemblers, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel. Each manufactured piece is inspected both visually and by a complex robotic scanning system prior to shipment. Additional tests are conducted on each piece to ensure strength and durability for the unique aspects of space flight, including launch and deployment, extreme heat and cold, weightlessness, high gravity, re-entry, and landing.

Administrative Department:

The Administrative Department consists of 30 executives, sales specialists, information technology specialists, accounting, marketing, and administrative staff. The department is responsible for all facets of support needed to acquire clients and maintain the engineering and manufacturing divisions. The Administrative Department generates and supports new and ongoing business through managing customer relationships and the supply chain.

1. Utilize e-commerce solutions to build and deliver high-quality custom parts that meet precise customer specifications and exceed safety standards within 45 days of the initial customer order.
2. Provide exemplary customer support to ensure orders are completed on time and with 100% customer satisfaction.
3. Utilize technology to reduce material waste and cut manufacturing costs by 10%.
4. Utilize mobile applications and social channels to service customers quickly from remote locations and mine potential new customers within the industry and related fields.
