Therefore, before this decision, the Court has allowed states that oppose gender-neutral or unisesex bathroom or restrrom use to continue their ban against a biological man from entering and using public and private bathrooms or restrooms designated for biological females and biological females from entering and using public and private bathrooms or restrooms designated for males; Transgender persons are required to use the bathroom of their biological sex. You are a United States Supreme Court Justice. How would you rule on the legality or constitutionality of gender discrimination in public and private bathroom or restroom use in the United States?
