Each citation is followed by a brief paragraph describing your understanding and evaluation of the article. In order to do the annotated bibliography, individual students must choose one of the topics below relating to Organisational Behaviour. Then you are required to read 5 peer reviewed journal articles and summarise your understanding of each article. Students are required to search and select the journal articles in EBSCO or other tertiary sources. The full reference of each article should be formatted using the Harvard Australian style of referencing. The 12 topics to choose from as follows: 1) Change Management 2) Team and Teamwork 3) Conflict in organisations 4) Power and politics 5) Organisational structure 6) Organisational culture 7) Personalities in organisation 8) Measurement of attitudes and perception in organisations 9) Diversity at Workplace 10) Motivation and its theories 11) Decision making mechanism in organisation 12) Communication in workplace. Only 1 topic is to be selected for the annotated bibliography assignment. Students whose annotated bibliography's assignment contain two or more topics will be penalised for not adhering to the instruction. Each annotation should be concise - you are writing a summary, not an essay. Annotations should be around one paragraph. Write in full sentences using academic vocabulary. Issues that may be mentioned include: the credentials of the authors; the content and scope of the reference; and the main argument and conclusions
