She also made significant repairs to the house during her stay at "Buena Vista". Helen also took care of Bella as needed. Bella died in January, 2016. In her will she left her interest in "Buena Vista" to her son Dylan. Dylan has asked Helen to vacate "Buena Vista". Helen contends that "Buena Vista" belongs to her and refuses to leave.
