CASE STUDY It is Friday March 10, 2023, and you are in your office at the Warehouse Branch when you received a call from a distraught caller from England. He identified himself as Mr. William Knibb, a potential investor. He indicated to you that he was frustrated as no one has been able to provide him with any guidance on his idea to set up a warehouse in Jamaica to sell to the domestic market, deodorant and salt as well as distribute to the Caribbean Region. He also stated that in discussion with Miss McCameron, Manager from the Public Relations Unit, she indicated to him that she will not be approving any warehouse to distribute deodorant and salt. The manager of the Warehouse Branch has asked you to prepare a 'BRIEF" analyzing the case and outlining the procedure as well as any other pertinent information deemed necessary to assist the investor in arriving at a decision to invest in the country.
