It currently has 25 employee strong team, with 18 people in the Software and IT team, two designers and four members in sales team. It sold to it's services to Al Futtain group and du during the year and feedback has been very good. For year two the founder CEO proposes to retain the services offerings as is and focus on customer satisfaction as well as target at least five new customers. The company will close year one with a modest revenue of two million AED. As a small startup they do not have the time to make HR team in the company and do HR planning exercise and have hired your HR company to help them chart out a plan for two years.
