Question 8 of 8. Mobility Level 1 includes: O Active ROM 4x per day, if patient can participate, otherwise passive ROM. OOB to wheelchair for a minimum of 30 minutes and a max of 2 hours; friction reducing device and pressure relieving cushion is a must. Transfer to W/C or bedside chair with lift or stand pivot transfer with assist of two. ROM-Active 4x per day Patient to weight bear & stand and pivot transfer to chair 2-3x day with assist of one; may sit EOB if able. Able to ambulate and gradually increase distance with assistance and/or supervision. O Active ROM 4x per day if patient can participate, otherwise passive ROM. If able, elevate HOB higher for up to 15 min with continuous supervision O Mark for follow up
