The company wants to deploy the mobile app within 3 months. Explain how you will complete this project according to the five project management process groups. [20 marks) (b) A month later, your team showed the first demo of the mobile application to your customer. Your customer was very excited but felt that it does not have any 'Wow' factor. They wanted to add another function to the mobile application to inform their customers on the latest batch of their popular product (e.g. Salted Egg Croissant) when they are within a certain radius to an outlet. Based on this new requirement, assess the possible impacts this has on the project. You will need to list down all the possible scenarios with solutions. [10 marks]
