Neo hires a unit in the mall to sell shoes, there happens to be a fight in his shop and the mall windows are destroyed. On further investigation it is found that Neo was also selling drugs in this shoe shop; which was against the rules of renting the mall; and that the fight broke amongst his drugs clients; he is of the opinion that the mall should be liable for the destruction as the security was not able to stop the fight; while the mall management argue that by selling dagga from his shop he had committed a breach of the contract and should be expelled from the mall immediately without notice.
