1. Name and define your top five CliftonStrengths from your CliftonStrengths report.
2. Provide definitions of the strengths that are specific to the CliftonStrengths assessment. These can be found in your report and through a search on theGallup websiteLinks to an external site.
3. Brief definitions are included in your textbook on pages 60-61. Gallup is continuously improving and tweaking the measure and definitions, so I recommend focusing on the report and the website for the most up to date information. Also, make sure to follow APA guidelines for quoting and paraphrasing sources.
4. Do you agree with the results?* How does this information help you better understand your unique talents? Give specific examples.
5. Discuss how you see each of your top five strengths demonstrated in your personal or professional life, or in your vocation. Give specific examples.
6. Discuss how salient aspects of your cultural identity are related to your strengths.
7. Compose a plan for developing your top five strengths in school, work, or your personal life.
8. Discuss how you will use each of your top five strengths in new or more purposeful ways. You may search online (Gallup, CliftonStrengths) for resources for ideas, but if you use these, expand on these and personalize them.
