Case Study
Frank, Kelly, Jo and Tyrone were all part of the team working on a new sales project for their firm, but were struggling to come up with good ideas to get the client. They didnt know which task to perform or who would best fit into which role, until Frank suggested they identify each others personality types. The others thought this was a fantastic idea and set to work using the desert island game to identify each others personality types. This fun activity soon allowed them to identify that Frank was a problem solver, Jo a consensus seeker, Tyrone a nurturer, and Kelly a humorist. With their positions defined, the group was happy to tackle the sales project and contributed to the deal in equal parts.
