2. You have been working as SEVP in ABC Bank Limited since 2005. In February 2021, you have voluntary retired from your position. Now, you have been waiting for your compensation from the employer since your retirement. Unfortunately, after your retirement the employer brought accusation of misconduct against you. Briefly state the measure you can take to avoid the situation.
